What does unit dose mean?
Unit dose means your medication will come in pre-mixed, easy to use vials.
No mixing, thus eliminating the possibility of errors when taking a nebulizer treatment.
What are the possible side effects from taking my nebulizer treatments?
A Fitzsimmons pharmacist will contact you to discuss possible side effects and drug interactions.
The pharmacist will ask for a list of the other medications you are taking as well as inquire about any
allergies you may have. A medication information sheet is also included in every shipment you receive.
Will you deliver my medications?
Yes, we offer next day shipping on initial orders delivered directly to your home.
How much medication will I receive?
We will send a one month supply based on your physician's order for your first order. Then all other orders will
be a three month supply.
How will I get my refills?
A medication re-order card is included in each shipment. When you have about ten
days of medication left, fill out the postage-paid card and mail it back to us. OR
Call our toll free number to place your re-order (866) 474 - 2762.
If we don't hear from you, a monthly courtesy call by our friendly customer service
staff will help track your reorder needs, ensuring your medications are available at all times.
You can also request your refills, review your medication & equipment, and access other valuable
information on our pharmacy web site at www.fitzpharm.com. You need to click on the
button in the upper right of any screen, fill in the registration form, and enter the activation
code from your medication re-order card. If you have any questions regarding the use of the web
site, feel free to send an email to webmaster@fitzpharm.com or call us toll free at 866-474-2762.
Will you bill Medicare for my unit dose medication?
Once benefits are verified, we can bill Medicare and most supplemental insurances. We take care of all of the paperwork.
What about the nebulizer, can I get that from you also?
