Medication Sampling Program
Fitzsimmons Pharmaceutical Services can provide you with first
dose sample medication
for your patients, courtesy of Dey Labs and Alpharma labs.
Samples
are available for Albuterol 0.083% and Ipratropium 0.02%.

to your office to assist you in completing the Sample Medication
Order
Form.
In compliance with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act
regulations, only valid signed
and dated order forms will be processed. Upon confirmation of
signature,
Our supplier
will ship the sample medication directly to your office via UPS
in approximately three business days.
